Will Loyst
Operations Manager
William Loyst is the Operations Manager for Dynamic Air Shelters. As the Operations Manager, William manages and is accountable for Newfoundland business units such as production, maintenance, and service delivery. William started with the company in 2019 holding previous positions in operations management, training, and quality standards.
He attended St. Lawrence College for Business Marketing and served with the Canadian Armed Forces for 7 years garnering his leadership abilities.

Crystal Woodland
Human Resources Manager
Crystal Woodland is the Human Resources Manager at Dynamic Air Shelters, bringing over 20 years of experience in the HR field. Her extensive knowledge and expertise significantly contribute to the effectiveness of DAS’s HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
Crystal holds a Human Resources Diploma from the College of the North Atlantic (CNA), earned in 2005. She has also completed the Human Resources Professional Program and is a proud member of CPHRNL.

Hao Liu – P.Eng. PMP
Senior Engineer
Hao Liu is the Senior Engineer at Dynamic Air Shelters and a Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada. With extensive experience in product research and development, design, manufacturing, and testing, Hao has been a key contributor to the company since joining as a designer and engineer in 2015. Hao is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Hao holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering from the University of Calgary.

Stephen Warner
Director of Sales and Business Development
Stephen Warner is the Director of Sales and Business Development for Dynamic Air Shelters. After completing his studies at St Mary’s University, he joined DAS as a member of the sales team and has since been a dedicated member of the DAS team for over 19 years, holding positions in sales, sales management, supply chain and asset management, and business development.
He has been a key part of the organization as it developed capabilities to support clients in a wide range of industries, markets, and territories, and is driven to share the passion for innovation, quality, service, and customer satisfaction that has been rooted in the culture of DAS since its inception.
Dynamic passionately innovates by listening to our customers and the markets to develop lightweight, Large expanse, rapidly-deployable textile constructions to protect people and equipment from extreme loads in harsh environments.
